The Movement Rites is a four week Movement-Based transformative series, supporting people to embrace change and transformation in their lives.
The Zero Point is where nothing and everything exists. It's the space of infinite possibility. A state of both deep attention and self forgetting, where time bends and we are available to the creative force beyond our own limited perceptions. We practice this on the dance floor so that we can bring it to our lives.
How do we collaborate from a point of difference? How can we use our relationships with others to define our unique gifts? How do we create community that celebrates our diversity of expression?
